To provide our AI-driven training plans, we integrate with third-party services like Strava and Whoop to collect specifics about your athletic activities and recovery. This includes usage data such as:

  • Heart Rate, Power, Pace, and Speed data.
  • GPS routes (for distance calculation, but strictly private by default).
  • Sleep and HRV metrics (for recovery analysis).

We process this data solely to generate your custom training plans and analytics. We do NOT sell or share your health data with advertisers or data brokers.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
